Was contacted through LinkedIn by a recruiter. Sent my resume and the received a call (an actual phone call) to ask me to schedule a meeting. They also ask you to complete a bunch of assessments in their site. I did so.
First day the interviewer didn’t show up do to some issues, so rescheduled for the day after. It was a technical interview with a developer. She was really nice. Asked me to work on the assessments they pertained to Ruby so that they could have a better picture about my skills.
Some time after that got a compensation proposal, which I accepted, and then I have been stuck at “profile matching” in their site ever since (almos 5 months). I have messaged the recruiter but keep getting “awaiting feedback” as a reply. Not sure why you would recruit people and put them through that process when there was no real “urgency”.
