      SCAM! Do not waste your time! They make you do 3 hours of problem solving, personality tests and math tests that have nothing to do with your work. They collect all you data and video record your interviews, who knows what they do with the footage. Sketchy.

      Mario has to take medication for 180 days. The prescription says that he has to take it two days in a row, then skip one day he will repeat this pattern for 180 days. If he begins taking the medicine on a Monday, how many times will he take it on a Monday and then on Tuesday of the same week?

      Honestly? Hilarious. First, there was a mandatory audio-recorded self-description, which is unusual but not too weird. Then a required personality assessment (a list of descriptive words for personality traits, your choice), weak but harmless. Then TWO logic assessments with word problems and logic puzzles (think LSAT or GRE if you're familiar with those tests) — one standard *and* one "advanced". The time required/allowed for all this is about 90 minutes and you can't pause or restart. Look, I'm game for tests, to a degree, but come on. First, all this was demanded in Step 1, before any human involvement whatsoever. Usually a test comes after an HR review and invitation, at least? Secondly, I'm a marketer. I do words... I don't do math. This kind of assessment is not only a waste of everyone's time (mostly mine) but also completely useless. So after making a sincere effort on the first logic test, and upon seeing the next level questions, I found the humor in it all. I just blew through the second one, quickly losing concern over whether my answers were right, or even close, and indeed not caring whether these folks ever acknowledge my application at all. Shrug. It's an "interesting" interview experience, but not one I want to repeat and it left me with an impression that this is not a company I'd like to join and be a cheerleader for, neither internally nor externally in the marketplace. These quizzes might be refreshing and a low-lift effort for engineers, but good luck finding writers and creatives with this bizarre and ill-fitted screening method!
