A single one-liner e-mail would have prevented this review. Do not apply unless you're bored out of your mind and have lots of time to waste. They will take up hours of your time with the application process, but won't respect you enough to follow up with you, should you not get selected. After submitting my resume, I had to submit a 3min video (mainly to showcase my ability to speak English), then had to do a bunch of IQ/personality tests and finally a general 'how to work in the office' quiz. After that, I had an interview with one of their recruiters. It would have been a grand total of 3 interviews, had my application progressed past the first one. The recruiter informed me that they'd be letting me know either way, by the end of the following week. Since there was no communication from them, I reached out to the recruiter that interviewed me, the week after that via e-mail, but they never replied. I reached out again the week after that, without receiving a reply. I waited for 2 more weeks before posting this review. Of note: Their positions are contract, so the benefits/PTO they give you will be bare government-mandated minimum. If you really want to work for these people, make sure to factor that into your salary expectations.
