The strangest process I've ever been a part of and one I wouldn't recommend unless you really want to work hear. The process involved taking 13 (yes I said 13) written assessments, and one verbal assessment. This took hours and all but one assessment had nothing to do with Marketing or the role. One assessment involved writing Java code. After all this I never spoke to anyone about the job, in fact the asked me to take these assessment knowing they were getting ready to make an offer to another candidate. Bottom line be very wary before getting involved, chances are it's going to be a big waste of time.
