Dreadful recruitment process. I applied for a C++ Technical Lead position thru LinkedIn and they answered me with what looks like a template email indicating to response some tests online. When I login into the platform, there were a lot of tests not even related with the position i applied for. It looks like the tests were not even filtered for my position/experience I decided to don't finish the tests because it was insane, there were a lot and require a lot of time (at least 1 full day to finish all the tests) and that was only to get an interview. Later they contacted me for another position and they request exactly the same, complete the insane tests just to get an interview.
