Was sent initial acumen tests which took 2 hours. I then had several interviews with recruiters and management. During those interviews, I was never asked any sales or IT related questions, just more acumen tests; it was completely bizarre. You would think for a sales role they would be more concerned with my ability and plans for building relationships, and my experience closing deals instead of trying to find out if I can find the average of three numbers, over and over and over again. I would steer clear of this company if you’re an American. I don’t think they’re familiar with our business culture or customs, and I question their sustained growth potential with the disorganization I’ve witnessed in their current leadership.
