Approached on Linkedin by Nacho, their CEO, who I believe was being impersonated. Set up initial call with him, I asked him if it would be just him on call and he said yes. A couple days later I was contacted by a recruiter who said she would be conducting the initial call, not Nacho. She also sent me a bunch of links for things to fill out. 1) Their CEO (Nacho) was not the person I was messaging with on Linkedin, although I was led to believe that was the case. 2) Bait and switch - The "CEO" set the appointment with me, then magically a recruiter shows up to take over the interview. 3) Why in the world would I consider working with a company that can't even shoot straight in the initial interview process? Bullet dodged here. Shady process at best, the job market is insane, steer clear of these guys.

This was the initial phone screen with the talent team- went pretty smooth. Discussed the basics on the role, completed an assessment that included both situational and mental math questions. The interviewer was very clear on expectations and next steps.
