They have an automated process for qualifying candidates and they are misleading and may waste your time in order to check the boxes in their process. You are forced to answer a long questionnaire full of mathematics and programming oriented questions, even for a role where it doesn’t seem applicable. I decided not to proceed, until they called me. I told them I wasn’t going to do well on the questionnaire and I assumed I wasn’t a good fit for what they needed. They assured me the questionnaire was irrelevant and completing it would get me to the next step. I completed it (it is lengthy) and they then told me I was not a good fit. Haha!
