I recently had a very pleasant 30-minute qualification interview with BairesDev. The conversation was easy-going, engaging, and informative from start to finish. It gave me the opportunity to learn more about the company, its culture, and its approach to matching talent with the right opportunities, while also allowing them to learn more about my professional background, leadership experience, career interests, and salary expectations. What stood out most to me was how thoughtful and people-focused the process felt. Rather than having candidates apply for a specific role, they aim to identify positions that align with each person’s unique strengths, experience, and goals. It felt much more like a collaborative conversation than a traditional interview, and I left the discussion feeling encouraged and excited about continuing the interview process for a specific role within the organization.
