Leonardo was great! He was to talk to and very clear in his communication. Leonardo's questions were appropriate given the level and scope of the role. I learned about the organization, role expectations and benefits.

Started with a quick check to make sure I knew what the company did, followed by some background and skills checks, and then a math and logic test (pretty basic math, but no calculators). I haven't been asked to do math live in a long time, but the strategy/logic questions were easy to answer and explain.
