After applying I was contacted for a first round interview with an associate in the Chicago office. They asked mostly basic technical questions and asked about my resume. Overall this was a good experience.

Walk through the different financial statements and how they are related.
Three rounds total: two phone interviews and a four-interview super day with eight interviewers. Mostly behavioral questions, heavily Baird-focused, emphasizing culture, fit, teamwork, and genuine interest in the firm’s values.
