Applied online through Baird careers website, few days later received email from recruiter confirming this was a hybrid role with an in-office component and was a bit outside of the locale I reside in. Confirmed would be comfortable moving back to area for other reasons. A few days after, received email asking to schedule a 30mn phone call with recruiter. Recruiter call was relatively standard, called a bit late- asked standard resume questions "Why a new position?, Explain a time you had to go against leadership?". After call was told to expect a decision no later than 2 weeks later as there were multiple candidates in the pipeline. Finally heard back with an automated rejection 7 weeks later that "we have decided to not advance with your candidacy". Overall a fine interview, but a poor reflection of Baird's communication taking 7 weeks.
