3 rounds of interviews - 8 interviews in total. All interviews -case studies. Very different depending on the consultant who conducted interview. Some very straight forward, other rather complicated and tricky. All cases required applying basic arythmetic skills, no calculators allowed. During first 2 rounds fit questions were more the formal, less in-depth, at the stage of partners' interviews (at least 3 partners need to see you before they make a decision, in my case it was 4) they mattered much more and took more than 50% of the entire interview time. People seemed relaxed and pleasant, they were not trying to create any additional stress for me. All in all it was a pleasant efficient process. Communication before and after 1st and 2nd rounds of interview was good - they communicated decisions on the day of the interview. Final decision i had to wait for almost a week.

Drei Interviewrunden, je ein Interviewer: zwei englischsprachige Case Studies (Interviewer-geführt, strukturiert) sowie Personal Fit mit situativen Fragen ohne CV-Bezug - keine Angaben zu Praktika oder Uni gefragt. Stattdessen Reaktionsfragen à la „Wie würdest du in Situation XYZ reagieren?". Mit solider Vorbereitung nichts Unerwartetes. Alle Interviewer sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen — angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre throughout.
