My interview was conducted by senior level staff as well as with the CEO. I found the process informative and could tell that my "fit" with the company and the existing team was a big consideration in the hiring process. The questions asked were thought provoking and direct. They included asking about my views on my role and contributions to the company, my experience, willingness to work hard and contribute.
