CV submission online through a job board, I was emailed to come fro an interview. First had an interview with the line-manager which involved some competency question, a general chat and a look through my portfolio. This was followed up with a 2nd interview which involved a CAD test and another informal interview with a director. I was told that I would hear back within a day or 2. The line manager was leaving and was the only point of contact I had, 2 weeks passed without hearing a thing from the director so I had to chase him personally before he took another few days to send me a half-assed email explaining that they were retracting the junior role. Prior to this point, the experience was good with fast replies and was well organised.
