I was interviewed by the Broker/Owner Robert. It lasted several hours. He seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me. Robert is looking for Agents of a certain type and personality that will fit into his organization. During the interview he candidly answered my many questions. By the time we finished I had a good idea what to expect and a sense on how to be successful.
