Company went through multiple rounds of interviews. Including 2 onsite. One at their corporate headquarters and another onsite. The corporate interview was with about 10 people. The onsite plant interview was with 4-5 people. Once the interview process was completed I followed up multiple times with no response. When I final heard back what I was told was a lie. The company told me they hired someone with more experience. Being a small industry I knew who they ended up hiring. It was some with much less experience. That’s ok, but not what the hiring manager told me. Beware... if they’ll lie to you in the interview process, they’ll lie to later.
