Initial phone interview with recruiter who screened for appropriateness to the position. Next step was in-person interview with three individuals, including recruiters and hiring manager, as well as someone in the same type of role.

The interview process was pretty standard. It involved three rounds of interviews with team members across disciplines (creative, PR and account). There wasn’t a written exam nor work samples required which was nice. Overall, a pretty good interview experience and everyone involved was communicative.
