This by far was this was the the most awkward illegal interview I have experienced. I had an interview and the security guard called the Bader department to confirm. They said they were not expecting anyone. After the third call I notice they hung up on the security guard and he felt bad and let me in. I go up and ring the bell and one of the interns let me in. She told me to go into a room and left. I waited there 20 minutes by myself. Then a lady comes in and starts immediately interviewing me. I start to answer and in 20 seconds she interrupts me with a nasty attitude and hand waving. Then moves to other questions rushing and say's " that's not the question' in a very mean way which make you feel like you are 5 years old. I noticed why the position was opened. Who wants to work with that crazy lady! Then this guy comes in seems friendly but ask me very personal questions such as where does my sister works, how old are you? where were you born clearly nothing to do with the interview or my skills or the position I was applying for. If you ever interview with them and you feel very uncomfortable leave. Don't stay through the whole torture like I did.
