I had a phone interview, followed by a homework assignment to develop a PowerPoint presentation that I emailed to the manager. Once the PowerPoint was reviewed I was invited into the office for a face to face interview. I knew there would be a panel review as I gave the presentation and answered a variety of questions, but I was a little apprehensive when I was introduced to a panel of seven people and one director was constantly getting up to address the concerns of a customer.
