Disappointing process. First phone interview went well. I was passed off to the next level. That person reached out to me to schedule another phone interview. I suggested some times and she never got back to me. I reached out again. She confirmed a time and then blew off our scheduled time. Why say you're interested in scheduling a time, schedule a time and then not follow up?
