The interviewer are mostly not very smart, they need 1 hour to reject the candidate, if a candidate is not upto the mark, any smart interviewer can identify this in first 10 min, if not, the company needs to ask the interview panel to introspect themselves. Took 1+ hour of basic interview and than rejected, if I have no skills matching their requirements, it could have been identified in first 10 mins only.
