There was an initial conversation with the HR to check suitability for the job in terms of experience and willingness to commit for a period of one year. There was then a zoom conversation with the center manager who asked questions such as how I deal with difficult people while providing service, another question about my ability to put aside my political views as the company combines Jewish and Arab workers and there is a desire to create a pleasant and unified work environment
