Initial call with a recruiter who was very professional and courteous. Less said about the person who interviewed me for the technical round. Scheduled the interview 3 hrs before the actual date and time I said I would be available. He dialed in 10 minutes late and was not apologetic. He had no idea about my resume and was probably seeing it for the first time. Sounded angry when asked what his vision was for the company. Said he will talk to recruiter about arranging next round (which I knew wouldn't happen) and sent a rejection the next day. Seems very disorganized.
