The process has 4 main steps: 1. HR interview (Talent Acquisition Manager) It was a phone screen interview. The recruiter has explained me some information about the company, after that, he asked me some questions about my background and experience in Android Development. He was an amazing person who helped me during the process, when I had any questions he respond me in couple of minutes. 2. Home Task (an android game/app) The task was simple but challenging. Mixing game logic and android structure and architecture was a new and interesting challenge for me. After almost 3 weeks I've got an email from recruiter which said I passed this step successfully. 3. Technical interview I had another phone screening interview with 2 Senoir Android Developers. It took almost 2 hours and they asked me several deep andorid questions.(Kotlin/Async/Design Patterns/Algorithms/Android SDK/...) After 2-3 days recruiter sent me and email which said I passed this step too :) 4. Engineer Manager interview In the final step, I had an interview with 2 Engineer managers who asked me several soft skills and team work abilities. Next day the recruiter called me and sent me the offer :) After all steps, the recruiter called me for getting feedback and telling me some tips for the next round. All people behave kind and friendly in all steps.

Recruiter Call Hiring Manager Final Tech Panel interview The first 2 rounds are fairly straightforward. After the final round, the principal mobile engineer told me that I would receive an update within a few days. I clearly answered all senior level questions correctly but I had to email them after a week to get an update on my application. The rejection email was vague, but it contained an invite for a feedback call, which I replied to that I would take it. The recruiter never replied. Then the job post that I got rejected was re posted again with an updated set of questions that unusually contained my answers at the final round. They just used my interview performance as a baseline and strung me along for a chance.
