It was very casual.interviewer was young . It's went hardly for five minutes.he was not at all seems to be interested in his job. I read a lot about byju on qoura and Glassdoor. Didn't felt good about them. Most importantly this profile has no career growth . It's money only and that too when you achieve their monthly target. Basically it's a telecaller job and you don't need a btech or mba to do this . If you're good with people's skill you will survive. More over this is an edtech company and customer here are common people so nothing much to learn. It's better to join it /bank/finance industry as business development executive for better job growth

An email was sent to me by Byjus after I applyed for their Business Development Executive roll. At the Job description they had written salary 6-8 Lakhs. But while interviewing they were offering me a salary of only 4.5 Lakhs. Plus the working hours were 12 hours a day for 6 days. Whereas in the JD they had mentioned much less.
