It was fairly easy,I applied I got a call we set up a meeting and I did interview. Compared to other interviews I have done it was fast and easy.

Very casual. We say down at a booth and talked for a while and learned a little bit about the restaurant. After that, we talked about what my responsibilities would be and met a couple of the other servers and was shown around the restaurant. The whole interview took less than an hour and came back a couple days later to fill out paperwork and finish up my official application/info for corporate.
