Very friendly, respectful, and to the point. No time was wasted on whiteboards or useless riddles. They are more interested in personal projects and learning skills than in what specific background you have. The job greatly requires you to pick up new concepts and technologies extremely quick, so this approach makes perfect sense. It was definitely one of the most enjoyable interviews I have had.
