Entrevista
Two and a half weeks ago from today, I was invited to attend a second interview at the Portsmouth establishment. I took time from my job (unpaid) to attend and showed willing by answering emails promptly and turning up early, even with an injury. I got a pleasant feel for the company, and told that they really care about their employees; I left feeling confident. After being told on the Thursday I would hear back tomorrow, I was not. I left it until the week after but nothing again. Having chased the company by email and submitted a form online to ask about whether I had been successful or to provide feedback, nobody has responded.
I would suggest if you're looking for a reliable company to work for who offers a courtesy email/call after the interview, BTS isn't for you.
2 stages (1 virtual, 1 in person with a task on the laptop with scenario based situations) friendly staff. Seems like a lot of variety but a lot of workload

It was four rounds with one project management exercise. The first round was with HR, the second with the manager, another with the head of sales enablement, and a fourth with a Director.
