I interviewed first with the CEO 3 times over the phone, Then I flew into Ottawa in and interviewed with entire leadership team and would be peers, in a day long marathon. I then followed back up with phone interviews with the CEO. I also talked with an investor, and met with a sales leader separately. An offer was made and the terms negotiated before I accepted the position and signed a contract.. The whole process took about 3 weeks start to finish. Overall it was a great experience.
