the assessment was split into two groups. a technical test and a basic personality test. with the technical test, i was asked to complete a lot of mathematical questions wherein you have 12 minutes to complete 8 questions. they were fairly easy however they do not tell you if you got all the questions right etc. with the personality test they essentially ask you simple what if questions on certain situations and they give you your most favourable traits after completing.

Cv stage, basic online assessment with basic math and verbal reasoning , phone call interview on competency based questions, no longer then 15 mins, then a 1h+ codillity three questions. Finally 4 hour assessment day, 1 to 1 interview is 1h+ which is more in depth competency about company why your skills work for them, then a group assessment on a problem and analyses how well you work in a group, digest information and can expand on others points
