This was an assessment centre style of interview. It was a day involving four interviews of differing types, including a standard set of situation style questions, a group exercise, an assessment of the group exercise and a problem solving exercise.

Filled online application form after which I was invited to sit the Situational judgement test. I did a video interview after passing the test, before finally going to the assessment centre.
