Application was completed online. This was followed by a invitation to the interview. In the interview we reviewed my CV and the connected leaders framework. Which includes leadership behaviours that are provided before the interview. 6 to 8 questions in total. The questions were pre determined. So they were reading from a template. And there were 2 interviewers who took turns and make the hiring decision
