Short telephone interview lasting 20 mins, followed my an assessment day which involved an interview, a group activity, shadowing an employee and a presentation. For the first hour or so, the employee hosting the assessment day gave a presentation on what your expectations should be working for BT
nice chat some sales knowledge tested. overall positive experience. nice interviewer and a fairly straight forward process. would interview again, not sure what else more to say. didnt take too long.
