Worst Part of the Interview:- I was called for the interview by the HR of BT. I was called thrice to attend the interview. Though I was actually running short of time but did appear for the interview. The moment we enter the hall, we were asked for our Resume. My Resume clearly stated that I was working for a BT Project (BT as a Client). Following submission of the resume, I went through a series of interviews (4 rounds in total). The last round was an HR Round where HR asked me for the salary expectation and other reasonable stuff, clearly giving an indication that I have been selected and though further coordinate with me on email regarding which BT - Stack I was supposed to join. Two days later when I was expecting the offer, I am informed by the HR who called me for the interview that I am not eligible for working with BT as I am working on a BT Project. I was dumbstuck. This could have been easily informed to me at the time of interview. What was the need of taking 4 rounds?? Secondly, how can a BT HR call me up without even seeing my resume? I had clearly specified my client name as BT over there. On top of that, BT HRs did not even care to give me a call and inform that as per policy I am not eligible. I had to chase them for getting this response that too without an apology. The HR who called me up clearly asked me to not to inform anyone that she called me for the interview. What the hell is this?? Thoroughly disheartened. Other than this, Interview Process was quite clean. - Written programming test of objective type questions. - Technical Interview -1 - Technical Interview -2 - HR Interview and salary negotiation
