Interview started good until the interviewer asked me to open the word version of my resume. He started critiquing my resume in the middle of an interview and then got mad when I smiled. This was completely unprofessional! Additionally their feedback was that they wanted more experience even though it listed "0-2 year of experience" in the description. Funny enough I have 2 years of experience. These people don't know how to hire.
