Based on the Employee referral, I shared by resume with BSE. However I had to really followup very hard with HR to get my interview set. The first interview was with Business head followed by technical or functional head and finally HR head and MD of BSE.

Very informal and pleasant setting. Got an opportunity to describe my achievements and career milestones. Got a good understanding of the organization and my role. Whatever questions I had regarding career path and growth potential were answered fully.
