The process began with an initial HR phone screening to discuss my background, relevant coursework, and interest in the Mechanical Designer position. The conversation itself was pleasant, and the recruiter provided a brief overview of the company's projects and team structure. I was told I would hear back regarding the next steps in the hiring process. Unfortunately, after the initial call, the communication completely stopped, and I never received a follow-up or a status update regarding my application.
