I had 2 interviews, first with HR, and she just wanted to know about my French skills. And the next interview was technical, despite being confident in my interview process, I got rejected. They wanted me to explain all my experiences.

BRP Switzerland cannot sponsor visa, but they won't tell you this unless you are invited to the interview process, and the intervierwer will tell you in person about this and let you go.
