I interviewed for the healthcare performance improvement internship. There were two 30 minute behavioral interviews on back to back days. The interviewers were really nice and the questions were not too difficult.

What’s one skill you could bring to a consulting team.
First round was an online meeting with typical behavioral questions. For in-person interviews, I also met three different employees at various levels in the office, and the questions were also behavioral.
