While I didn’t get this opportunity, I did learn a lot from the interview, with thoughts to reapply when I’ve gained more experience and achieve licensure. Most Staff and interviewers were personable and I could see immediately the benefits of their communication style. One interviewer was by video conference, but elected not to share his video, which was off putting.
