I interviewed with four people, all ranging from supervisor to partner, 30 minutes each back-to-back. The whole experience was very relaxed. It was mostly conversational, the only questions being the general why BPM, why tax, how did you find out about us. They're mostly trying to figure out if you would be a good cultural fit for the company.
