A couple of weeks after applying online, they brought me in for an in-person interview via HR software (no phone interview, which was refreshing) where I could choose the time that worked best within a set week. I showed up early, had a nice half hour interview that I thought went quite well, they said they'd probably decide in a week's time and then they promptly ghosted me. Haven't heard back in over a month, so I presume that's a no. Weird process... and kind of rude to not even send a rejection notice. C'est la vie.
