Overall, it was pretty good. However, it did take them a while to get back to me regarding my status. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly nice and understanding. I really enjoyed my time speaking with them. The initial screening was incredibly laid back and comfortable.
Everyone was super nice. The interview contained 2 back to back rounds, and they were all behavioral. They seemed to want to know about my background and interest in the field.
One phone screening round, two zoom interviews with advisors at random locations, Smooth and conversational topics. Want to know about you and your story. Overall, enjoyable process that gave me a good impression.
Highly behavioral and conversational, with minimal technical questions. Mostly pertained to interest in the firm and the role. Two thirty minute virtual calls with wealth managers that were more conversational as opposed to Q and A style.
