Referral from an existing employee. Interview was just a formality. In other experiences HR just floods managers with recruits without adequate screening .
30 min Discovery Interview with recruiter. At the conclusion of the interview recruiter suggesting introductions to and named a number of the hiring team and had agreed on next steps. After multiple follow ups, was ultimately ghosted by the recruiting dept.

Not good or detailed enough for me. Recommend they beef up their process. Not high quality execs or staff. Low quality staff low quality process not really wall street.
