Went through 2 rounds of interviews with HR and hiring manager I was contacting by HR from BNYMellon . HR contact was very helpful. Manager and a team member interviewed me and asked general questions about my past job to understand my communication skills. They were good at keeping me informed about the process progress. Interview attire was formal. Initial phone screen happened with the HR.
