The interview was for Collateral management & Fx Reco position In all 4 rounds conducted. First 2 round conducted by mid- senior team members 3rd round by Dept Head & last by HR. Technical qst were basic not that difficult
Head gave a case scenario for options. Overall it was a good process but a lengthy one. HR round was also positive

Got a call from third party vendor. After screening interview was scheduled. There was two rounds of interview. First was technical and second was manager round, first was virtual and second was face to face

Need to have in depth knowledge of capital market and financial product and your current process in depth knowledge and try to confuse with the tricky question and needs to be more confident on what do you say?
