First you get a phone interview, then a face to face one. 1-2 hours interview, easy enough, friendly interviewers. Interesting process, get a tour around the company aswell. You get an answer within a few days. Also you get a really good training to prepare you for the role.

The interviewer starts off stating it is an informal interview which it is. Firstly they will do a mock telephone call where they will act like a confrontational customer. Following this they will ask competency based questions related to work. Then they will ask situational questions unrelated to work where they will look for standard skills that would help with the job.
