There is no interview, you just go get tested and wait for a call. You start off through a hiring agency and wait to get hired on. You can't miss the first 3 months of work.

The interview was very easy. As long as your willing to work overtime and not take days off you will get hired. The interview only lasted about 20 minutes. You can wear casual clothes really don't have to dress up.
