Applied having nearly 2 years worth of direct sales experience in the home renovation market, to be told I’m unsuccessful before interview. I then ask for constructive criticism for future reference and was told I don’t have direct sales experience. Clearly no one looked at my application fully. Sham recruitment team and system.
